The Curry Club was founded some fourteen years ago by a group of friends who wanted to share, with others, their love of Culinary India and spicy foods in particular.  Aims:

Restaurants are asked to arrange a special menu at a set price, highlighting the dishes they are renowned for. These lunches or dinners usually feature a guest speaker. 

Chefs are invited from time to time to demonstrate the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes. Recipes and spice packs are supplied so that you can prepare these meals yourself at home. 

The Club has a large database of recipes and information on spices.

A selection of Indian recipe books is available, for purchase, from the Curry Club mail order catalogue.
