What is a Mongolian Barbeque? It consists of a selection of raw seafoods, thinly sliced meats and a selection of vegetables. You select the ingredients you want, add a sauce and give them to the chef to cook on the flat topped barbeque. You then add some rice and enjoy! Service includes a Mongolian Barbeque, a chef to help with the cooking, Chinese bowls and chop sticks
